This support, granted through the Early Adopters initiative, enables start-ups to complete the R&D of new technologies in partnership with Quebec companies.
“We want Quebec companies to succeed and we know that this depends on their ability to continuously improve processes,”
said Pierre Fitzgibbon, Minister of the Economy and Innovation and Minister responsible for Regional Economic Development.
“Through these early-adopter projects, we’re encouraging established companies to adopt new technologies created by start-ups with high growth potential. It’s a win-win for both parties.”
Early-adopter MRG Canada will be implementing Centralio’s new online configuration and quoting platform. The user-friendly platform vastly simplifies complex sales, enabling the same team in place to sell more in less time, thereby increasing profits.
“Our Canadian dealer network will now be able to autonomously configure their products online using powerful decision-making tools, which will greatly improve our productivity,” said Louis-Charles Durocher, Director of MRG Canada.
Centralio Technologies is grateful for the trust placed in it by MRG Canada and stresses the importance of being able to count on the support of MEI at this key stage of product development.
“The financial contribution to this high-potential technology project will allow us to accelerate our growth and keep pace with growing market needs, particularly the digital transformation of businesses given the severe labour shortage,” said Jean-Sébastien Duguay, President of Centralio Technologies.
