  • Information Provided by You: Name, contact details (email address, mailing address, phone number), business-related information (products, services, pricing, contacts, configurations, quotes, feedback, notes, and other user-generated content), additional information (location, preferred language), and communication history (call recordings, chats, social media interactions).
  • Automatically Collected Information: Usage log data and device information (details on the use of the Services, time spent, IP address, date and time of visits, hardware and software information, device information, device events, unique identifiers, crash data, cookies, location data, and pages viewed or clicks).

We implement adequate security measures to protect your information. Data is hosted by Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) and is retained only for the necessary duration, after which it is securely destroyed following seven years of inactivity.

We use third-party data processing services, including AWS, Google Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Pipedrive, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Meta, Mixpanel, Sendgrid, and YouTube, to enhance our Services and analyze anonymous data. We also use cookies to optimize your experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit certain features. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services accessible through our Services.

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to access and correct your data starting September 2023.
